Skills and Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years' experience in software support, testing project management and software implementation.
• Knowledge of APIs.
• Excellent analytical and time management skills.
• Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Any degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• Understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordination with vendor to implement business application.
• Testing the application and share the test report to IT Head.
• Providing training to business user.
• Share the daily application utilization report to Terminal head and Corporate IT Head.
• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
• Documentation work that includes user guide and requirement documents.
• Deploy programs with the help of vendor and evaluate user feedback.
• Handling department’s query and software's related issue on day to day basis.
• Ensure software is updated with latest features and defined road map.
• Co-ordination with vendor for new program subsequent testing and further follow up.
• Knowledge of SAP master data management would be extra advantage.
• Management of software backup.
• Creation of master data in the software.
• Knowledge of programming language and DB will be extra advantage and he/she will be able to develop small program also (extra advantage).
