Our terminal infrastructure at all the rail linked terminals has been developed for handling domestic cargo flows which are linked to domestic industrial production and consumption trends. Pristine offers domestic containers as a competitive alternative to road solutions using its rakes and containers, terminal infrastructure and 355 trailer fleet to provide door-to-door solutions for domestic requirements.
Company has 5,000+ Domestic Containers for Rail transportation of Tiles, White Cement, Sponge iron to various locations across India and Birgunj, in Nepal.
Dwarf Containers are specially designed containers which can move under wire on rail in double stack mode over the IR network as well as roads without any violation of Motor Vehicle Act. The loadability of the container train can be improved through double stacked rail (as well as road) movement, through dwarf containers
Company has close to 455 Dwarf containers 40 ft for transportation of Light weight cargo like different grades of Polyester, Polymers from Reliance Industries and other customers.
We hold a Category I CTO licence, pursuant to a concession agreement dated January 16, 2017 with the President of India acting through railway administration, northern railway, allowing us to operate container train services on the Indian Railways network, including movements to and from rail-linked terminals in Nepal, such as Birgunj and Biratnagar.
Our licensed movements cover corridors such as NCR / Ludhiana to Mundra / Pipavav route; Kanpur to JNPT route; Rewari to Mundra / Pipavav / JNPT route; Kolkata to JNPT route and Visakhapatnam / Kolkata to Birgunj route. In connection with these operations, we maintain a presence at six gateway ports: Kolkata (West Bengal), Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh), JNPT (Maharashtra), Mundra (Gujarat), Kandla (Gujarat) and Pipavav (Gujarat).
Our domestic rail movements include services on routes such as Morbi (Gujarat) to Patna / Siliguri / Kolkata / Guwahati; Gotan (Rajasthan) to Ludhiana / Katni (Madhya Pradesh) / Kanpur / Patna / Siliguri; Katni to Kanpur / Siliguri; Kharagpur, Rourkela, Barajamda to Patna / Ludhiana / Muzaffarnagar; Haldia to Birgunj, Mundra to Ludhiana / Delhi NCR and Jamnagar (Gujarat) to Rewari.
We operate on a cargo-agnostic basis and deploy a fleet of 55 rakes as of December 31, 2025, comprising 21 rakes owned by us as well as 34 rakes taken on long-term lease arrangements.
Our rail operations support the movement of a wide range of cargo categories across domestic and EXIM corridors, including containerised cargo as well as bulk, bagged and liquid commodities, enabling us to serve customers with diverse supply-chain requirements across industries. We also handle refrigerated containers which enable the movement of temperature-sensitive cargo, including perishable commodities.
Pristine’s Terminal have developed capabilities to handle and store bulk liquids as well as bulk solids for diverse industries such edible oil to clinker. Each commodity requires customization and Pristine has been able to contribute significantly to efficiencies and economy in supply chains that involve bulk commodities, especially on the input side of the production lines.
Our terminals act as gateways between our terminals’ operations and multimodal offerings, providing a seamless experience for customer to transition from rail service, to terminal service, to road service. Our integrated connectivity also allows for us to maintain oversight over cargo movement and enable us to implement quality standards and seamlessness in our service offerings.
Our 3PL services encompass warehouse management, intra-city last-mile distribution and providing value added services to our customers. We offer services such as the handling of inward and outward stocks, purchase order management, order processing, inventory management services, and transportation services. Our material management services include the loading, unloading, transhipment, stacking, de-stacking, repacking, labelling, inventory management, order processing, handling reverse logistics and delivery to customers.
As of December 31, 2025, we provide 3PL services from our warehouses admeasuring 1.20 million square feet area spread across India. Our warehousing operations are based on a mix of dedicated warehouses and multi-client facility model for storage and handling, and we offer both dry and temperature-controlled warehouses. Currently, we offer the following cargo-specific warehouses, particularly for healthcare, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, consumer durables, and cold-storage products.
We also provide services through shipping lines and offer end-to-end solutions which also include container maintenance, repair and inventory management solutions which we offer as our ‘one window solution’.
Techlog’s footprint now not only spreads across the various locations where Pristine runs its ICDs but also a few other places where there is demand of quality in repair and maintenance work of containers at reasonable cost and in efficient time.
