Our Bhurkunda terminal is being developed at Bhurkunda Railway Station in Ramgarh district, Jharkhand, on 44 acres of land under a 35 year lease. It will have two rail handling lines and will handle containerised cargo and bulk commodities including coal, iron ore, and other industrial raw materials.
Our Haldia terminal is being developed on 2.47 acres of land under a 30 year lease awarded in December 2025, marking our entry into a port based liquid cargo infrastructure. It is planned to include multiple storage tanks, enabling the handling and storage of liquid commodities at Haldia Port. We are an early mover in rail‑based transportation of edible oil in International Standard Tank Containers (“ISO”) from Haldia to Birgunj (Source: CRISIL Report). The terminal is intended to cater to edible oil, chemicals, and other liquid cargo, supporting demand from Nepal‑based importers and regional industrial users.
Our Bengaluru terminal is planned to be developed at Devangonthi in Bengaluru on approximately 67 acres of owned land, located around 2 kilometres from Devangonthi railway station on the Bengaluru -Jolarpettai double‑line electrified section of the South Western Railway. The terminal is planned as a rail‑linked ICD, positioned outside the congested urban area of Bengaluru, while remaining in proximity to major industrial and warehousing hubs.
