Amit Kumar has served as a Whole-Time Director on the Board since January 31, 2011, bringing over 28 years of distinguished experience across government administration, rail operations, and the logistics sector. A former Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer, he holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Delhi. Throughout his career — which includes more than 12 years as an entrepreneur — Amit has developed deep expertise in driving commercial strategy, managing investor and trade relations, and strengthening customer engagement.

Rajnish Kumar is a seasoned professional with over 28 years of experience in Indian Railways, logistics, infrastructure and multimodal transportation. He holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Delhi and was awarded the prestigious Shashi Kala Singh Gold Medal for being the topper of his batch.

A member of the 1991 batch of Civil Services (IRTS), Mr. Kumar has served Indian Railways in diverse and challenging capacities, gaining extensive expertise across railway operations, logistics, strategy and business development. He subsequently joined CONCOR (Container Corporation of India), where he handled key responsibilities and headed ICD/TKD/ICD/Dadri and South India operations. He was a part of the apex management team, at Gateway Rail Freight Private Limited, where he played an important role in setting-up & running the rail business of the group.

In 2009, Mr. Kumar co-founded “Pristine Group” as its promoter and has since been instrumental in shaping its growth and development. With his extensive experience in logistics, transportation, infrastructure and multimodal operations, he brings a unique combination of strategic vision, operational expertise and leadership to the organisation. He has served on the Board of Directors since October 28, 2009, contributing significantly to the Company's long-term vision, growth strategy and business development. He has led and guided the steep growth and transformation of the company from a green field stage to a mature company.

Durgesh Govil drives organisational growth through deep technical and sectoral expertise in railway infrastructure, multimodal logistics, and terminal development. An alumnus of IIT Madras, he graduated second in his engineering batch before joining the prestigious Indian Railway Services of Engineers (IRSE). Through his distinguished career, Durgesh Govil has held pivotal leadership roles in Indian Railways and Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL). With his established technical and mechanical knowledge and skills, Durgesh Govil has successfully delivered over 12 private rail-linked logistics projects across India. Recognised across the sector for developing cost-efficient terminal infrastructure, he is a cornerstone of the company's multimodal expansion strategy.

Sanjay Mawar serves as the Whole-time Director and a member of the Board, bringing over 26 years of distinguished experience in corporate law, corporate governance, strategic management, and entrepreneurship. An alumnus of the University of Delhi, he holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law. He has been a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association since 2005.

Mr. Mawar has been associated with the Board since May 14, 2008, and has played a pivotal role in the company’s strategic evolution and institutional growth. Over the years, he has provided leadership across corporate governance, legal and regulatory affairs, risk management, business development, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to the establishment of a strong governance framework and a culture of compliance and accountability. With more than 14 years of entrepreneurial experience, Mr. Mawar brings a unique blend of legal acumen, commercial insight, and strategic vision to the Board. His ability to align governance with business objectives has been instrumental in strengthening the Company’s institutional capabilities, supporting sustainable growth, and creating long-term value for shareholders and other stakeholders.

Satishkumarreddy Mulamreddy serves as the Chairman and Independent Director of the company, leveraging a distinguished 28 year career as a civil servant in the Indian Revenue Service (Customs & Central Excise). An alumnus of Osmania University, Hyderabad, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Appointed to the Board on June 16, 2021, Mulamreddy provides vital governance, independent oversight, and strategic direction. His extensive background in public administration, regulatory ecosystems, and trade and taxation policy—combined with his subsequent consultancy experience—strengthens the company’s compliance framework and long-term expansion goals.

Vivek Prasad serves as an Independent Director on the Board, bringing over three decades of distinguished leadership in taxation, customs administration, and regulatory strategy. A member of the 1993 batch of the Indian Revenue Service (Customs & IT), he most recently served as the Principal Commissioner of GST. His exemplary public service earned him the prestigious Presidential Appreciation Medal on Republic Day 2023.

Appointed to the Board on July 15, 2024, Mr. Prasad provides strategic oversight on regulatory compliance, risk governance, and public-policy matters. He holds a Master’s degree in International Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Delhi.

Neelaveni V is an Independent Director of our company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. She is a member of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Thoothukudi Bar Association. She has over 32 years of experience in legal industry. She has been a Director on our Board since April 22, 2026.

Manish Jindal is a Non-Executive (Nominee) Director of the company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi. He is also a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He has over 15 years of experience in the finance and private equity sectors. He is currently a Managing Director at Global Infrastructure Partners India Private Limited. Previously, he was associated with IDFC Alternatives Limited as Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations- (alternatives) and with Red Fort Capital Advisors Private Limited as the Managing Director. He has been a Director on our Board since May 23, 2026.
